Developed software for Aftersales department between 1998-2011. Lead rollout of inhouse developed systems (call center, field service) to 25 Arçelik locations globally. Between 2011-2017 I worked as a manager in IT responsible for Global After sales and Domestic Sales operations. In 2017 Arçelik started a big initiative called Omnichannel Transformation. I worked as a program manager responsible of 20 projects, 10 vendor/partner and ~50 FTE internal ~15 FTE external resources. This program included transformation of Call Center, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Integration, Identity and preference management, CDP. Omnichannel program was my first hands on experience with Agile methodology. Between 2020-2021 I lead Retail transformation project in Turkey, where we rolled out new cloud retail platform (Microsoft Dynamics F&O-Commerce) to our franchise stores. In 2021 I started as Head of Enterprise Architecture and Emerging Technologies responsible for Arçelik Global.
