With the transfer of knowledge and experience, collaborations are triggered and, two-way communication and interaction are ensured.

In order to be included in the mentor pool of the Garage Innovation Hub, it is necessary to successfully complete the Innovation Champions - Mentor Network certificate program organised for Arçelik technical leaders and managers. Outside of Arçelik, mentors are expected to participate in entrepreneurship programs as mentors in order to be included in the relevant pool.

In order to be included in the Garage Innovation Hub portfolio as a startup, it is necessary to apply to one of the programs available, pass the evaluation process, and finish the program.

The Arçelik Garage brand was established in 2017 to carry out innovation initiatives and rapid prototyping activities under the central R&D umbrella. It started a new organisational structure within the innovation directorate in October 2020, then began to carry out open innovation and entrepreneurship programs, new business development, and in-house innovation projects under the Garage Innovation Hub brand.

In order to benefit from Garage Innovation Hub mentors, it is necessary to take part in one of the programs offered. Depending on the content of each program, the scope, frequency, and purpose of the interview may vary.
