Volkan Ozturk completed his BSc. in Electronics and Communication department of Yildiz Technical University and MSc in Engineering Management department of Bahcesehir University. He worked in various technical roles (technical support, integration, architect etc) for Alcatel-Lucent & Turkcell, mainly telecommunication/network area. He has been working in Nokia as Professional Services Delivery Manager for the last 8 years and leading a hybrid team including Network and SW engineers/architects who delivers IP network & automation services globally.
