After graduating from İstanbul Technical University in 2013, Sarıtaş worked Arçelik Central R&D Directorate as R&D Engineer. In 2015, he graduated from İstanbul Technical University Master program which calls Heat-Fluid. Between 2015-2018, he worked Arçelik Washing Machine Factory as a Plastic Production Specialist. he has been working Product Sourcing Directorate since beginning of 2019. Now he is still in the same department and interested in Vacuum Cleaners, Irons, Personal Care Products and Air Purifiers as R&D Team Leader
