I have been graduated from Yıldız Technical University - Computer Engineering in 2007. I started my professional career on the software development in Arçelik. I had chance to experience many different technologies and tools during this period. And then I began to take the role of project management. During this period I managed B2B and B2C-related projects. The turning point in my life started with Omni Channel Transformation Program in 2017. I was responsible for the D2C Channel Transformation domain. Within this project, our team was able to launch Arcelik.com, Beko.com, and Hepsiburada Marketplace integration. And in 2019 I began to lead the D2C domain with agile practice as a Scrum Master. In 2 years, our agile team launched new integrations with other Marketplace platforms (Trendyol, N11, Amazon) and developed new functions regarding e-commerce journeys (new promotion and payment options, inspirational fulfillment algorithms, personalization and UI/UX Improvement). Since February 2021, I started to take a role in the field of management at IT Digital Commerce Solutions and my main focus has been developing local e-commerce with enhance funcitons and improved the competitiveness. In this year I also had chance to lead a mobile project (Oliz - Arçelik Loyalty App) which is triggered with start up spirit. For the last 1 year, my focus has been to built in the the global e-commerce structure and transferring the experiences and learnings in Turkey to other countries. In 16 year in my career, I took many different responsibility and different roles, and found chance to work with collaboratively with different department and many IT Partners. Now, I am very happy to be part of Innovation Champion program. I love being active, learning new subjects, and develop start-up spirit with you.
