Kuru worked at Ford Otosan after graduating from Yıldız Technical University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in 2010. He started his own business, worked as an entrepreneur for 2 years. After completing his master's degree in Engineering Management at Boğaziçi University, he returned to Honda Turkey, keeping pleasant memories of having experienced several fields. After 1,5 years, he started working at Arçelik product purchasing directorate. In early 2019 he was appointed to manage product management and acquisition functions in China. Now he is still in China, managing Consumer Electronics, Microwave, and Cooker Hood categories.
