Murat TİLKİ, who graduated from Uludağ University's Mechanical Engineering program in 2006, started his professional career as a Product and Project Engineer at YAZAKI Wiring Technology in 2007. Until 2015, Murat managed product and project management processes with different automotive OEM approaches. In 2015-2017, he transitioned from the technical to the commercial side of the automotive industry as a Sales Coordinator at Adient Turkey. During this process, he also developed his commercial competencies and continued his career as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the following years. Since 2019, he has been leading the commercialization activities of technologies developed under a new work title for Turkey, "R&D Sales Manager," at Coşkunöz Holding's R&D department. In addition, he has been responsible for managing corporate innovation, intrapreneurship, and FSMH processes since 2022.
