Hello, I am Irem. I completed my undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the Middle East Technical University. After graduating, I wanted to develop my skills in areas such as innovation, entrepreneurship, creative thinking, and customer-centric design because of my technical background. To broaden my perspective and strengthen my competencies in these areas, I enrolled in the Technology Design and Innovation Management master's program at Izmir Institute of Technology. I chose Competency Management in Innovation Management as my thesis topic, and I am currently working on it. I was born in 1995 and originally from Izmir, but I live in Bursa due to work reasons. I believe that working with both hands instead of one will create more impact. I have a collaborative character that believes in teamwork and creating value together.
