Güler Ayyıldız Dalma graduated from METU, Faculty of Aeronautical Engineering and completed her master's degree at Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. At Arçelik A.Ş. İn 2007, Güler Ayyıldız Dalma, who has started to work as a Patent Engineer in the Intellectual Property Department, is still working at Arçelik A.Ş. She works as the Manager of the Intellectual Property Department, which is responsible for the planning of the company's intellectual property processes, the management of patent, brand and design portfolios, licensing activities and providing consultancy to all units regarding intellectual property rights. She holds the titles of European Patent Attorney, Turkish Patent Attorney and Turkish Trademark Attorney. Güler Ayyıldız Dalma is a member of TÜSİAD Intellectual Rights Working Group, TOBB DTM Assembly Intellectual Rights Working Group Chair and a member of the European Industrial Research Management Association (EIRMA) Intellectual Rights Working Group.
