I was born in Istanbul and grew up in an Industrial city of Kocaeli. I am graduated from Political Science Faculty with Master of International Relations. Since my University life diversity and inclusion is one of the most interesting topics in my life. I have worked on many diversity and inclusion related projects during my university life and I am still very much passionate about my professional life. I started my professional life as a Marketing Assistant in Estonia Tallinn where I was an exchange student and turn to a HR professional moving back to Istanbul in 2008. Since that time, I had a solid HR experience in a multinational environment. I believe that I played an important role in the globalisation journey of Arçelik Group. I participated in and lead many M&A projects in my career from US to Asia. I had many successful Due Diliginces which are not part of Arçelik Group in APAC, S. Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Europe. As a result of many M&A projects and integrations, I am an experience change manager and professional coach.
