I was born in Istanbul in 1979. I first encountered programming in 1993 and have never given up my passion for it since. After graduating from Istanbul University's Computer Engineering department in 2002, I worked as a software development expert, business analyst, and project manager in various companies and industries. The majority of my career was spent in the aviation sector, particularly at TAV IT from 2006-2009 and Turkish Airlines from 2009 onwards. At Turkish Airlines' IT department, I worked for many years as a project and program manager on a variety of different projects. Later on, from 2019-2021, I served as the manager of the IT Processes and Governance department. Since 2021, I have been working as the Digital Innovation Manager. As the Digital Innovation Manager, we act as a bridge between Turkish Airlines and the startup ecosystem. We run the Turkish Airlines Terminal Startup Collaboration and Terminal Startup Acceleration Programs. Additionally, we closely monitor the operations and processes of other departments within the company, conduct digital maturity assessments, and create digital roadmaps to guide them.
