A designer & engineer who is passionate about innovation. I explore needs, demands, and pain points in the users’ journey, and define them as valuable opportunities to create innovative solutions. I’m wearing two caps in Garage Innovation Hub of Arcelik; as the "Head of Strategic Design" and the "Product Owner of the Innovation Programs squad". Currently, I’m also a PhD Candidate who is studying the subject of “strategic decision-making in innovation programs”.

I graduated from Istanbul Technical University in Mechanical Engineering and then Industrial Design Departments in 2015. After my master's degree in Mechanical Engineering - Mechanical Design in 2019, I am still continuing my Industrial Design Program as a PhD candidate. After working in Bus R&D at Mercedes-Benz for a short time after graduation, I started my job at Arçelik, where I have been working since 2016. One of the first projects I started working on in this company where I was able to reflect the joy I get from researching and designing to my work was "Arçelik Garage". I am currently the Head of Strategic Design at the Garage Innovation Hub, where I was a part of the founders team. With the responsibilities we take as a team, we touch the innovation processes of both our company and all our stakeholders as designers and become their strategic partners in innovation.
