I have been working at Migros Ticaret A.Ş's Macrocenter format for over 10 years. I started my role as an Assistant Store Manager and today, I continue my duty as the Macrocenter Business Unit Leader. I am particularly interested in simplifying field operations in plain language and integrating them into growing structures.
I have been working in sales and sales operations management for over 20 years. In recent years, I have focused on developing sales projects, collaboration development, and simplifying operations. In my current role, I work on store flow design, product positioning, and application project development, as well as the digitalization of sales and sales support operations.
