In the Consumer Experience department, I work on reaching global customers, customer segmentation, and CRM topics. I specialize in reaching customers, analyzing customer data, and developing products/functions that align with the customer value proposition. I believe in the importance of adapting to innovation, collaborating, and making innovations from the customer perspective in rapidly changing conditions.

User Experience
After graduating from the Industrial Product Design department of Middle East Technical University in 2010, I stepped into the professional design world. Following my graduation, I gained experience in various sectors, allowing me the opportunity to enhance my skills in the field of design. I successfully conducted R&D activities aimed at meeting the needs of the future in my startup company, which I brought to life with techno-entrepreneurial support. Subsequently, at Arçelik, I took on significant responsibilities first in the R&D department and then in the innovation department. In Arçelik's Innovation department, the Garage Innovation Hub, I led various innovation programs and processes both within and outside the company. Currently, at Arçelik, I continue to work in the Global Consumer Experience department, focusing on reaching customers, segmentation, and CRM topics. By combining my design skills and leadership abilities, I am responsible for developing strategic projects and initiatives necessary to reach customers at all touchpoints globally for Arçelik and to ensure the delivery of an enhanced customer experience.
