Topic: Support has been obtained for the system infrastructure required to collect certain signals from the engines at high sampling frequency in order to automate the semi-automatic quality control process of BLDC motors used to rotate drums in washing machines and produced at Arçelik Electric Motors factory during production or at the end of the line of mechanical problems caused by material.
The processing of the received data and the production of algorithms that make PASS and FAIL decisions with the support of artificial intelligence were achieved by collecting the data in high quality and frequency. It has become available in the studies to be carried out for the infrastructure information obtained and the detection of faults in the machines.
Collaboration Output
Data collection system has been developed 5 times cheaper than its counterparts on the market.
