Şişmanoğlu, a graduate of Sabanci University Production Systems Engineering in 2008, has been a management consultant for more than 8 years at Deloitte Consulting. She completed her Master's degree in Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation at ESADE Business School in Spain from 2012-2013 and has had projects and internship experiences in agencies developing different start-ups and mobile applications in Barcelona. She has managed projects for several Turkish brands in Turkey, Poland, Germany, England, and Russia, including the creation of globalisation road-maps, supply chain, sales and marketing process strategy design, organisational restructuring. Şişmanoğlu joined the Arçelik Strategic Planning team in 2017, led multi-stake strategy and digital transformation projects in line with the market entry and brand strategies, new product deployment, digital transformation, and sustainability. Since October 2019, she has been leading the field of Process Digitisation and Digital Products Services development areas, which has won awards within Arçelik Global under the roof of Information Technologies. Şişmanoğlu acts as a mentor for university students in the fields of digital career opportunities and development within the scope of company brand activities. Şişmanoğlu is interested in music, theatre, story writing, meditation, mindfulness, and lives in Istanbul as a world citizen.
