With a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from YTU and a master's degree in industrial product design from ITU, Can has worked in the white appliances and small home appliance industries since 2008, concentrating in product development and project management at BSH and Arçelik. Since 2018, he has been a team leader at the Arçelik KEA R&D facility. In entrepreneurship programs, he serves as a mentor in the fields of R&D, product development processes, business cases, and design thinking.
