He graduated from ITU, Faculty of Industrial Engineering. And then he completed his master's in the same school, in the same department. He has been working at Arçelik for about 18 years. He has worked in a television factory in production engineering, manufacturing, just-in-time manufacturing systems development, product management functions, and collaboration with a Japanese consultant. Then he worked as a production planning manager at the dishwasher factory, as a production manager in Thailand at the Greenfield factory installation, then acted as a Production Development Manager for the Washing Machine Factory. After having experience in manufacturing and functions in different factories, he is currently working as an international order and export logistics group manager within the Supply Chain Directorate for about 3 years.
